Postage Information - Australia

We offer flat rate postage within Australia:

Orders less than $400 - $10.95

Orders between $400 and $ 1000 - $22.00

Orders between $1000 and $1499 - $33.00

Orders over $1500 - Free Postage


Express Postage

Only available for QLD, NSW & VIC metro residence only.  This is an extra charge of $11 which needs to be added to your cart.  The link to can be found by clicking here.


Our parcels are sent with either Australia Post, or Sendle (via Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers).

We aim to dispatch goods within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, however during busy sale periods please allow an extra day. If your order contains a pre-order item, we will wait for this to be available and the whole order will be shipped together.

Please ensure your postal address is up to date. If your order is returned to us for non-delivery / non-collection, we may have to charge you again for redelivery. 


We are based in Brisbane and delivery is generally within 1 week from the date of dispatch. However it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery to Western Australia.

Collection of Orders

Pick up is available for Brisbane residents, please contact us to arrange a time. We will refund your shipping costs if this occurs.

Lost or Damaged Items

Once your parcel has left our premises, it is the responsibility of Australia Post or courier. We do not accept responsibility for lost items, missing items or damaged items during transit by Australia Post or selected courier, unless you have purchased Postage Insurance (click here). We are not obliged to replace lost, missing or damaged items. In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible but not later than a week after delivery. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, it maybe needed for insurance purposes.

Shipping Information - New Zealand & Overseas

Our priority is your goods arriving safely and quickly. For this reason we'll use a priority handling, signed for, delivery service. Packages are also insured appropriately and will be charged at cost price, please contact us for a quote. 


Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. However if you believe the item is faulty, please contact us.


Products can only be exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, with the packaging still complete and in the original condition. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us before returning any products.

Sizing Charts (Guide ONLY)

All sizing charts available on our website are estimates and are to be used as a guide only.   You can exchange the item for another size but please keep in mind all postage costs are payable by you, the customer.  If you have any queries about the sizing chart please email us before making your purchase.

Ordering & Payment 

We prefer to accept orders online. However if you would like to make a payment over the phone, please email us your order and telephone number and we will contact you to arrange this.

All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

Accepted payment methods include payment by PayPal, Square - Visa, MasterCard or zipMoney.

Non-Australian Customers 

At this time, we can accept online credit card payments issued by most VISA or MasterCard companies, however payments will be in Australian dollars. 

Warranty Policy

We offer a 6 month guarantee against any manufacturing faults. Please contact us within 6 months of your purchase to let us know the problem you are experiencing. Photographic evidence will be required. 

Privacy Policy

We will never willfully sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transmit any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. Rest assured we take your privacy very seriously.
