Product Returns / Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns if you have simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

However if you believe the item is faulty or does not match what you have ordered, please contact us.

If you have ordered the wrong size in a product (e.g. training pants or swim nappies) and the product is unworn, unwashed, unused and still in original packaging, you can return the item for an exchange or store credit, within 3 weeks of delivery. Please contact us prior to returning any products to discuss this.

Please note: the customer is responsible for the postage costs for the return and the new items to be resent (when exchanging a product due to incorrect size).
