Sizing Charts (Guide ONLY)

All sizing charts available on our website are estimates and are to be used as a guide only.  If you have any queries about the sizing chart please email us before making your purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns if you have simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

If you have ordered the wrong size in a product (e.g. training pants or swim nappies) and the product is unworn, unwashed, unused and still in original packaging, you can return the item for an exchange or store credit, within 3 weeks of delivery. Please contact us prior to returning any products to discuss this.

However if you believe the item is faulty, please contact us. We will require photo proof of the manufacturing fault.  After assessing the photos, we can proceed one of two ways: request the item to be posted back for inspection.  We will charge a 5% handling fee if the item is found not to have a manufacturing fault. Or secondly: we reserve the right to request the item is destroyed, accompanied with photo proof of the destruction of the item before processing a refund or organising a replacement product. 

Return Postage

The customer is responsible for the postage costs for all returns.

The customer is responsible for postage for new items to be resent (when exchanging a product).

We will cover postage for replacement/repaired product/s to be sent from our office if the item is deemed faulty.

Returned Products

The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused and still in original packaging, you can return the item for full exchange or store credit.

The item will be inspected before the exchange/store credit is processed. This may take up to 5 business days from when it is received.

If the item is damaged but is in a sell-able condition, a deduction fee will be charged, max 20% of the cost of the item. 

  • Damaged packaging - 10% deduction
  • Light staining - 20% deduction (re-sold as second-hand)

Items that are damaged or are considered not suitable to be re-listed, you will need to pay for the item to be posted back to yourself and the return will not be processed.  In the event that postage is not paid within 10 business days of us contacting you, you forfeit the money paid for the item and the item will be destroyed.
