AUSTRALIA - Flat Rate $12.95
We use AusPost and other third party couriers to send out our parcels to you.
Free Postage items - Products sold with free postage have no insurance or tracking number.
Orders will be posted out within 48hrs (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been received. With the exception of lay-bys because this requires us to manually check through our statements to confirm your lay-by has been fully paid. Lay-by orders will be posted out within 10 working days of final payment.
Once posted it could take up to 14 business days to arrive based on the Couriers' website. The delivery time frame is out of our control as we outsource this service. If you have any concerns about your parcel please contact us.
OVERSEAS
We currently don't accept overseas order on the website. If you would like to place an order please email us at info@closeparent.com.au. We only accept payment via PayPal for overseas orders.
Out of Stock Items
Should items be out of stock we will contact you to notify you of when we expect them to be available. We will hold your order until we get confirmation from you as to how you would like to proceed.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as they become available. If you have other items on the same order they will on hold until your whole order is ready for dispatch.
